Album: Centrefield Letra Lyrics. My oh my, what's a guy to do? The time is right, time to make a move; This is hard to take, I can hardly wait! I can't help myself. Pins and needles, nervous alley cat; I can't sit down, I'm burnin' up the track; Like a runaway truck, I just gotta buck; I can't help myself. Chorus: There's a whirlwind up ahead, so spread the news; I can't be late, I gotta break, I feel like bustin' loose! I can't help myself.

I Just Don't Know What to Do with Myself" is a song written by Burt Bacharach and Hal David. I Just Don't Know What to Do With Myself" was first recorded by Tommy Hunt in a session produced by Jerry Leiber and Mike Stoller, with Burt Bacharach arranging and conducting. It was released as single Scepter 1236 (B-side "And I Never Knew") in May 1962, but did not chart. The song served as the title track for Hunt's sole album release on Scepter released in April 1963.

The psychedelic visionary artwork of John Speaker depicts the transformation of mind, body, and spirit as he wanders along the wondrous journey of life. Bright, vibrant, beautiful, radiant, magical, imaginative insights into the nature of being. The ‘Bee-Faced Mushroom Shaman’ cave painting was created sometime between 6,00,000BCE in Tassili, Algeria. It is thought to be one of the oldest pieces of evidence of psychedelic use in humans. Although this mysterious image seems to point to an ancient psychedelic culture, it is ultimately shrouded in mystery. The cave painting depicts a humanoid figure, with a bee-like face, and mushrooms protruding from his body.

I myself was horrified to hear this news as I have enjoyed their Rhyme Time sessions for years with my children and I know so many other parents have too. 'How can an organisation that bring people joy, especially to children, be discriminated against in this way? 'I cannot imagine how any one could find this offensive.

It was the American author and speaker John C. Maxwell who wrote: Most people want to change the world to improve their lives, but the world they need to change first is the one inside themselves. I often succumb to these disempowering states at times, so it is remiss of me to offer the advice and claim not to feel this way. Yet, through my own personal development, I’ve come to appreciate these are fleeting states and I don’t remain stuck in this condition for long. If you do this often, you will break the cycle of incessant thinking that dictates there is something wrong with the world. It is worth the effort to your personal growth. Eventually, problems that once consumed you will no longer affect you because you have upgraded your model of reality to coincide with a new awareness.
