Tool & Sakin were Thomas Büttner and Sakin Bozkurt. Sakin has played an influential role in the then-subculture Techno-scene since 1990. Among other things he is known for his appearances as resident DJ in the Wartburg (Wiesbaden/1990) and in the Music Hall (Frankfurt/until 1993) - the same clubs that served as stepping stones to a great career for big names like Michael Münzing (Snap), Taucher or Mark Spoon.

A tool is any physical item that can be used to achieve a goal, especially if the item is not consumed in the process. Tool use by humans dates back millions of years, and other animals are also known to employ simple tools. Tools that are used in particular fields or activities may have different designations such as "instrument", "utensil", "implement", "machine", "device," or "apparatus". The set of tools needed to achieve a goal is "equipment". Side A is 33rpm while side B is 45rpm. The song "Tool" also appears on the band's first album, Face Down in Turpentine, though the album version is a different recording. The recording of "Tool" from this single also appears on the Get It Through Your Thick Skull compilation.

Genre: Progressive Metal. The album opens with the prog metal masterpiece, Stinkfist. Then we go through an hour and five minutes of prog metal masterpieces. Hooker With A Penis is an angry song calling back to the days of Opiate. This was a smooth transition from alt metal to prog metal. Every song (not including the interludes) is perfection. The interludes don’t always make sense but they fit the album.

Tool is an American rock band from Los Angeles, California. Formed in 1990, the group's line-up includes drummer Danny Carey, guitarist Adam Jones, and vocalist Maynard James Keenan. Justin Chancellor has been the band's bassist since 1995, replacing their original bassist Paul D'Amour. Tool has won three Grammy Awards, performed worldwide tours, and produced albums topping the charts in several countries.

Hawk Flying
What is House is the reason I grabbed this 12". Is it the world's best track? Of course not. But what it is is a really solid piece of hard trance with the kind of kicking riff that could also fit in a Goa trance set. The riff is very simple and is not built around the scales typical of Goa but it is nonetheless strong and unrelenting in that way that I absolutely can't get enough of.
