FOUR IDEAS OF STILLNESS: Jeffrey Lependorf (shakuhachi), Brian Moran (electronics), Matt Hannafin (percussion, tracks 1 & 2), and Ravi Padmanabha (percussion, track 2). Recorded live outdoors at Avant Yard, Boerum Hill, Brooklyn, New York, 9-11-05. The ambient sounds of the neighborhood - birds, wind, planes, children, ambulances, etc. - should be considered an integral part of the music. Special Thanks to Albert, Liz, and Natasha Kresch. The Great Way has no gate.
