One of the highlights of the show was "I Fall In Love Too Easily," a song popularized by Chet Baker (it was also recorded by Frank Sinatra and more recently by Tony Bennett), whose work Costa is paying tribute to on an upcoming album. Gal Costa is the first solo album by the Brazilian singer Gal Costa, released in 1969. It was ranked the 80th best Brazilian album of all time by the Brazilian Rolling Stone magazine. Considered one of the most representative records of the countercultural Tropicália movement, the album features songwriting by various artist associated with the movement, with whom Costa had previously worked with in the 1968 collaboration album Tropicália: ou Panis et Circencis.
Live at the Blue Note is a live album by American pianist, composer and bandleader Duke Ellington recorded at The Blue Note nightclub in Chicago for the Roulette label in 1959. The album was originally released as a single LP and rereleased as a double CD in 1994 with fourteen bonus tracks on the Blue Note label.

I'm impressed that this much music recorded in the same venue is always fresh. My wife is not and feels that there's too much "sameness" in the boxed set. That's probably because Jarrett's playing is always even and well-organized. I have the one-CD album from the Blue Note Recordings, but am also glad that I purchased this one. Jazz doesn't get any better than this.
